      Bank of Old Monroe has been our family's bank for literally decades. From first car purchases to business loans, they have been there every step of the way. I could not imagine banking anywhere else. Thanks BOOM!!

      Absolutely worst bank ever, I have to wait two days after I’m paid to access my money. Always issues with the online/mobile bank app. I will definitely be going to a different bank.

      I really thought using a smaller bank would be better. I could not have been more wrong. This bank has been horrible since day one. It seems they forget that the money in the bank is actually the customers not theirs. There have been NUMEROUS times in the time we’ve banked there that we have been unable to access our money because of a “glitch” in their system that take sometimes multiple days to remedy. I also felt talked down to being that I was the “wife” of the main account holder. When we opened our account the woman just ASSUMED the man was in charge when I actually handle all of our banking and finances. It was horrible to try to conduct business without having my husband call who didn’t have a clue what was going on. Old fashioned bank, old fashioned mentality I suppose. I believe it is all locations of this bank as they are local.
