      (I switched over to Bank of Old Monroe a year ago when Peoples Bank and Trust kept making me change my password and username online, almost every time I tried to use it. I didn't care for their location or building structure, either.) After being with Bank of Old Monroe for a while, I have never had a single issue in any aspect. They go by "the books" and they are very professional. I have been helped by Linda every time I have gone in. She is so friendly and professional. The drive thru tellers are great as well. I love going into my bank, which I never cared for in the past. Their location is organized and clean. A very nice atmosphere. I had to change my password only once in the last year, simply due to a time frame change to protect the account (I appreciate!). The online app layout is easy to read, understand, and navigate. I'm so glad I switched! I will be here to stay Bank Of Old Monroe. Thank you for great service, in person and online. -Madison
