      Great service during the pandemic, we had our PPP loan processed efficiently and got our money quick. Great staff and it felt good to use this local community Bank for our needs.

      Very disappointed in this banks absurd rules. We decided give a small, locally owned bank a try. Such a disappointment. You can only use $1000 max on your card a day. If you want to up that amount you have to call in daily to have it changed. Who has time for that? In the time of Covid-19, online shopping and the holidays you'd think they'd increase the $1000 limit. As a resolve they suggested I open a credit card! No thank you. I'd like to access the money in my account. No fraud insurance for businesses so be aware of that. Then if you are disappointed with this establishment they charge you $30 to close your account before 60-days. Their website states they service "high net worth clients." Do these folks they service only spend $1000 a day?! I'll be taking my money elsewhere where I'm actually allowed to use my own money.
