      I really like the bank. But I really do not like the new drive thru. First, you are talking to a TV screen, you have to show your driver's license. You have to place it on this screen. I almost dropped my license. If I had, I would have had to pull my car past machine, get out of my car & pick it up. The teller was nice enough but it is very impersonal to talk to a TV screen. I hope the other locations do not get these teller machines.

We are sorry to hear that your first experience with our Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) wasn't the best, but we'd like to encourage you to try again during your next visit. The ITMs do take a bit of getting used to at first, but we are encouraging customers to use them a second time, and the experience is usually much better. As a convenience, the ITMs offer extended hours (7am - 7pm), Monday through Saturday, so you don't have to rush to get to our branch. Again, thank you for taking the time to provide your comments.
