      They stuck with me thru a painful IRS mistake and actually notified me months after the hold up of a deposit. I am sick and tired of the verification process. I spoke with an agent to activate, actually reactivate my card, successfully. I attempted to call find out my pin. I failed miserably. The phone system updated with completely different parameters in about 1 hour. Also, they are kinda far. I intend to close this account. Phone verification and customer service in every account I deal with has been going down hill for about a decade.
