      I don't know the man's name but he needs to realize that banking is still customer service too. I was told initially (3 weeks ago) that if I needed/wanted new cards I would have to pay 7$ a piece for them...so they were supposedly ordered . I needed a card because my husband's wasn't working and 3 weeks LLPater I'm still waiting for the ones by mail. I offered to pay the 7$ but he tells me we're just NOT going to be printing you anymore cards...yes I had a quite a few duplicates made and lOPst my card 2 or 3 times but I give my children copies for food and emergencies! And I'm well aware of when I don't have my card or when there's activity on it! He's just letting a little authority go to his thick head. They need to bring Paula and Brandon(?) Back and get rid of this guy! Now I have to find a new bank of🤬🤬
