      Super nice people, realtor of the cabin I wanted to buy referred me to them. Problem is the process is slow and communication is poor. In today's housing market that is completely unacceptable. Thursday April 28th, great conversation early in the day, love the potential offer, supposed to get application sent to me via email. Didn't happen. Friday, April 29th I call, great conversation, told him need the application. He sends it, I rush to fill it out, send back by 3pm. Monday, May 2nd - no reply Tuesday, May 3rd, no reply. I email, get a response that it will be done by Thursday Thursday, May 5th no email. Friday, May 6th property I want goes pending... So now I've lost out bc of them not keeping their word. Today is Tuesday, May 10th and still have not received a call or email back and it's past closing time. They get two stars for being friendly, minus 3 for not keeping their word and poor communication.
