  I've had my bank account with this branch since around 1998. They are always available to answer questions I have about my debit card or checking/savings accounts. I've also had 2 car loans through the Bank of the Pacific and have been very happy with their service and dedication to making sure I am taking care of and get the best out each experience. I moved out of town 11 years ago and I still call this branch with any questions that I have about anything because I think they are the best! (Of course I do still love my Bellingham branches, too!)

  My husband went to this bank to exchange cash for quarters so we may do some laundry. The teller asked him if he had an account there, and we do not. They told him that they are only giving change to customers. They referred him to Swansons and he had made a comment that it was absurd that a grocery store carries more change than a bank. To me, purchasing coins makes you a customer at that moment. You provide a service to a customer. Out of all places, a bank should be able to provide coins. It’s good to know how this bank treats people; as we are currently searching for a good hometown bank to do our business with since Chase left... will avoid opening an account here.

  We are sorry to hear that you had a frustrating experience at one of our locations. Like most businesses, we are facing a coin shortage at this time are not even able to provide enough to our account holders. This has forced us to make the decision to provide coin rolls to only our deposit account customers in reduced amounts. In the future, we hope to be able to accommodate everyone.

  THIS BRANCH IS THE MAIN REASON NONE, ABSOLUTELY NONE OF MY INFORMATION EVER GOT UPDATED FOR 6 YEARS TO THE POINT WHERE I COULDNT ACCESS CERTAIN ASPECTS OF MY ACCOUNT. As a general rule of thumb this bank will refuse to update any and all of your information then call it a mistake. They will not forward any of you calls then call it a mistake. They can't help you update or activate your credit and debit card then call it a mistake. After years of "mistakes" I got angry, called them out, they argued with me from everything in regards to why they were refusing to update my account, and why they weren't forwarding my calls. Then they'll just close your account

  It sounds like you have a complicated situation here. I would suggest that you reach out to our Regional Manager, Dustin Bruland at 360-537-445 ext. 1230. Hopefully, we can find a reasonable resolution to this issue.
