      Unprofessional. Disorganized and good luck getting a call/email back. Was told my refinance would happen in October 2020. Just received another email stating they are “backed up” and need to extend my refinance until June 2021. Deeply regretting this decision to go with Bank of the Pacific.

      Very unorganized- believed we were all set to close on our house weeks prior to closing. 2 days before closing we are contacted and needed more documents submitted and money to be wired from an out of state bank that they had previously told us didn't need to be done. Right up to an hour before closing we were scrabbling to get everything together.
