      I just love this bank very friendly people and always take good care of my interest..one happy little bank ..

      Samantha at the Craig branch was witnessed speaking very unprofessionally and demeaning to a hispanic customer in front of her child. Asking for her for id "IF she had one from here". This was said with a smirk. We never received statements, though it has been requested multiple times. They are never available by phone and we were locked out of the app several times and never received assistance as requested.
