Edrees is my banker at this branch and I could not ask for a better banker. He sold me the account on a promotional offer and ever since I liked the service and small community bank feel off BotW and it's been two years now I have been with these bears.

I made a cash deposit on a Sunday and noticed the transaction did not reflect to my account. I went inside the branch Monday morning. The teller called someone, noted my account. Didn’t give me any information regarding this incident or a timeframe. All she said was “ I don’t know” she didn’t send someone out to check the ATM. I’m just clueless
