      It’s annoying that they aren’t open on Saturday’s anymore. None of their branches are open on Saturday. Employees are friendly and helpful.

      If you enjoy having your money taken from you without warning or explanation on a constant basis then this your bank. Bank of the West is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with and it baffles me how they haven't been sued into the ground. If you want a good bank then open an account at CHASE BANK. They are much better than this horrible excuse for a bank.
