      If I could give it 0 stars, I would have. This is the worst experience ever! We're new to this bank - tried setting up online banking and it won't recognize the log in and locked out. I've currently made several calls to get it resolved. Currently on hold for almost 2 hours!!! I'm ready to refinance elsewhere.

      Spent about 45 mins with a business banker named Raul Velasquez, tried and apparently my account was not processed properly as i can not get online access, both online customer service and Raul say i now need to come back into the bank so they can fix their mistakes, i am not happy at all and do not recommend this branch to any person who values their time

      Not a very good experience so far trying to take advantage of an online incentive to open a new account. However a woman named Juana De Row at this location did some work trying to help me so it's not all bad. If you are thinking about opening a new account to get a $250, just make sure you read all of the fine print.
