  Poor experience - and I don’t even bank here. Went to cash my paycheck in-person (I typically deposit electronically, but needed cash) and was unreasonably waylayed. Upon reaching the cashier I was greeted, I returned the greeting & presented my ID & Check to be cashed. The cashier (Marie) took a long look at me for a moment & informed me she would have to “check a few things”. I politely asked what needed to be checked and she dismissed my query, repeating that she needed to check a few things. This being my finite lunch break, I asked if this was normal procedure, to which she responded, I just need to make a call. The cashier then made TWO phone calls “to verify” while I waited too long have my check cashed. Ultimately, I had to leave just to make it back to work on time, I swear - the worst bank customer service. I’ll definitely refer others elsewhere.

  Horrible customer service and discrimination against disabled customers like my mother who has been with this bank for over 15 years! If you call there with a question because you are disabled and unable to stand in there slow lobby lines then you will be rudely told by someone named Lena that she is " too busy to help you and maybe you should come here like everyone else" and then she refuses to let you speak with anyone else when you ask for anyone thats not so rude and too busy to help customers. My mother is disabled and unable to leave the house without oxygen tanks, not to mention being high risk for this horrible virus. If it's so busy that a simple question was just too much to answer, or your job can not be performed well without a horrible attitude, then maybe you need a different job, or at least a staff that doesn't treat long time customers like my mother so badly. Horrible horrible way to treat people during a pandemic, especially the elderly and disabled!!
