      I helped a family friend do what should have been a quick and easy refi with these folks. Quick and easy turned in 4 months of B.S. and trying to get there loan agent in Phoenix to return a phone call . Ended up about two points over Market on a 15 year fixed. Go elsewhere for refinancing these clowns don't have a cluešŸ¤¬
