      I don't know much about this place. I used to bank here when it was under a different name, and they always treated me very nicely. But since they have been taken over by Bank of the West, I haven't been in. But it is the same building, which is always neat and clean, and if they had the same people than they are very friendly and courteous. It's a good place to bank.

      Been on the phone with 800# for an hour and a half still on HOLD have been trying to call the branch no one will answer the phone there either

      Employees are lazy and service is extremely slow! The lobby is always randomly closed They always have someone new that knows nothing! Also the highest interest rates around!!!
