      No one is ever here! Why is this bank still open. The hours are incorrect and the lobby is always closed.

      They're pretty much never open. They are nice but I've had too many problems with them not doing things ive called about since their lobby Is closed. And the entire bank is just randomly "temporarily closed" so you can never get in person help unless you want to drive to wichita. I wouldn't recommend this particular branch of bank of the west to anyone

      They are closed for long periods of time due to Covid concerns. It would be great if the employees wore a mask while working.
