I loved that they'd call me Mr. Gamboa as soon as they saw me come in. That's my last name. Very professional and they didn't care in what shape I was in. Dirty or smelly they still called me by my last name.

poor service! 3 employees in the front desk huddled up around a computer screen helping one person... they do not respect the 6 foot distancing, the sad part is they can make plenty improvements to help the customers at least 2 at a time with respected covid requirments. The effort and thought the Managment team put into affect for this is sad, been in my trusted chase bank and thei ristrictions and regulations are awesome! instead i get only 1 customer at a time, jeeze. the area where they attend you is spacish! 5/14/2020 3:30pm
