  Bank is constantly changing hours or closing at the drop of a hat with no warning. Takes an insane amount of time to get anything done there

  I have been a customer with Bank of the West for 10 years. My account got canceled with out my consent, since COVID happen I called to talk to Chris. We were supposed to meet Monday in October before I moved back home to California. I drove from Norman, to this branch in Ardmore to deal with this issue right away. I will say this, I am highly disappointed that a branch manager was not there to an appointment that was set. I am also disappointed the tellers were so disorganized and should be a little more professional as well more training to this location. They would not tell me when Chris was going to be back. I seriously waited all day to find out he wasn’t going to be in that day. I understand emergencies and last minute issues. It’s life! But a call would have been great so I wouldn’t have waisted my time, gas, and money. I was there in Ardmore for 5 hours when I found out he wasn’t going to be there from 10-3 I waited just about the branches hours before they close. I got my money in a cashiers check through the mail as do why they close my account is still in the question. I have a wonderful bank now that does way more, I guess I should thank them for saving me time and realize they are a waste of time.
