      I believe her name was Stephanie, she stopped into my business and was so amazing and helpful, she answered every question I had thoroughly. I went to the bank a while ago and one of the other staff was god awfully rude and condescending and just unprofessional in how she conducts herself in every way. If I wasn’t for Stephanie I wouldn’t have came to bank of the west! She’s amazing!!

      When the bank is open, the people are helpful. However, when I live 50 miles away from the bank and have to drive into Cody.. and they are either "temporarily " closed or the lobby is closed. This location needs a BETTER manager

      All I needed to do was retitle my truck loan from a personal vehicle to a business vehicle. After 2 months they finally got it done. It was not done in another bank. Both loans through bank of the west. Seems pretty simple. They lost the business title. Now I get to pay for duplicate title and run around getting it fixed. No one answers the phone and the lobby has been closed for about a year now. Aweful service.
