Been banking here for over 15 years 25 total with this bank. The drive thru is super slow. I sat the 3rd car in for 45 min before being helped. I just don't understand why they don't have a full time window agent. I can go to any other branch and be in and out within 10 min. Makes me want to change banks.

Worst place in the world. You receive money then it disappears. They do not answer calls at local branches and when they do they tell you to call the 1800 number. It takes the 1800 number 2 to 3 hours to get to you. They tell you one thing then do another. I absolutely hate this place and I hope you choose any other bank. They are not good at all. Not to mention it takes them a month to transfer money from one account to another. Within the same bank....
