      Hello, I am less than happy with this branch. I contacted this branch to handle an online matter. I was hung up on by the manager. (Jennifer) She never called me back, and I spoke to several reps there that lied about info. The carelessness that was displayed by the associates that I spoke to makes me not want to bank with B of W. I see why the reviews are bad.

      I went to the branch opened a CD 10/11/2017 when I received a promotion coupon from the bank with 2% interest rate. Ms. O processed all paper work, she folded, put in a folder, and gave to me. 11/11/2018 was mature day, I supposed to get a renewal notice by mail and email according to account setting, but I got none. The CD was renewed automatically with 0.2% rate or pay 3% of principal for early with draw penalty. I also found out I did not get 2% rate I supposed to get but 1.5% for previous year. I talked to the manager, he denied that the branch had opened CD and did not answered me about the mistakes of renewal notice. I cannot trust this branch anymore.
