      This bank used to be good.They are currently in the toilet.My debit card was declined three times in three days.i have been calling them every day.there are more than enough funds.I have been on hold for 90 minutes on the 800 number.i call the local Galleria bank and get a message to call the 800 number.I need to move

      WORST BANK ON THE PLANET. Don’t deposit checks in a new account unless ur okay with them being HELD for up to 30 days. Only the branch manager can release holds. The branch manager at this location is completely rude. Didn’t want to help with taking the hold off She cuts you off and interrupts. As soon as my funds are Available I am closing this account. This BRANCH is the worst. Don’t let the fact that it’s in a nice area fool you. WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!
