      We've been provided with wonderful, highly professional service by this bank, by phone and in person. My mother had a safe deposit box here and, after her death, we stopped in with the key to empty it. Due to an unavoidable mix-up, we ended up over-paying and, today, got a refund in the mail, along with a letter of apology, both of which we appreciated greatly. We've dealt with banks in Iowa, where we grew up, in Wisconsin, where we raised our family and worked for some 40 years, and in California, where we spend much of our time following our retirement. This bank compares favorably in every respect with all the banks we've encountered in those states.

      This is a terrible bank with terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and find a credit union or local bank. They rotate through employees every few months which in turn leads to employees who can’t help because they don’t know how. Customer service is awful!!!
