      The staff is helpful and yes, there's an outside ATM machine on the Van Ness Street side. YAY!

      Don't waste your time with this bank save your self from headaches .will not bank with this bank anymore when I open my account they explained the terms of the account and I signed. The teller told me if my account dint have enough funds it would just be decline, and I was okay with that I didn't want to pay overdraft fees .so I signed then I get hit with a $245 overdraft fee so I call and visited the branch very poor customer service I explain I never agreed for the bank to pay for any purchases they said I did and I signed for it not my fault I have to be penalized for some tellers mistake I never agreed but she said I did now I explain I signed yes but because teller explain something different not my fault she chose the wrong option their system no way in reasoning with them bank manager assistant was very unprofessional almost seem happy that I had to pay very disappointed with quality of service will close my account and stay away from this Bank!!! SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE OPENING AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM.....
