See files attached from my online statements. I’d give BofW a 0 star if I could. The minimum is 1 star. I have multiple complains, but this is the end of the rope. DON’T BUY A CD WITH BANK OF THE WEST!!!! When I opened a CD account more than a year ago, they led me to believe that my CD could be automatically be renewed with the same interest rate. After about 15 months, I was expected to get the same interest rate or something close to it. I was getting about $103 every three months for interest rate payment, but after the CD automatically renewed, I got only $23. THIS IS NOT WHAT THEY TOLD ME. Everybody knows this is less that what inflation is. I am going to lose like $80 every three months now. I changed my ratings to 2 starts because the closing of my CD two years later went smooth. However, I still don't recommend putting more money in this bank. This is still my worst rating to any business I have done. And I do many biz reviews.

Walk in w Bank of the West cashiers check from their customer. Provide my id. They then tell me they can cash it because they don’t carry cash on hand. Was pretty sure their name was BANK of the West. Evidently banks no longer carry cash. Verified with them that the check was legit, but they wouldn’t cash their own check. Hopefully your cash is not in their bank!
