      They claim themselves to be the best Japanese bank in the world. If that’s true, Japanese banks are rubbish. I have 5 managers in 2 years.

      This abysmal organization after being a member for over 30 years refused to work to find a solution to my banking needs. After years of paying ATM fees, due to moving out of state, I am told that they cannot find a way to make a one time large deposit. They were extremely inconsiderate, and failed to find a solution. After taking 26 minutes to get to the Manager of Retail Services, Shanequa, and being promised to receive a call back, she failed to do so. I finally called back in to just be questioned to death and then told the standing policy! If you are going to state policy, there is no need to confirm identity, as there is no sensitive material to be discussed. This organization is losing its desire for long term customers.
