  I recently refinanced my house and went through Bank of Utah again. They also financed my home when I first purchased it 14 years ago. Kathy Fausett is incredible! Made the process very stress free and quick. In these trying times I was able to get approved with a great interest rate. Would recommend to my family and friends.

  Recently I had moved forward to purchase a home and we were near our closing date, but because of complications the process did not work out. The Bank of Utah created a lot of complications that could have easily been avoided had we received more information from them in the beginning. Kathy failed to educate in the loan process and for that I don't believe she is a helpful lender. I am disappointed for how apathetic and uninvolved she was. I imagine Bank of Utah can be better to work for others but with my experience, it was very negative. If you are looking for a lender who is easier to work with, I would recommend trying other banks first.

  I am so grateful to have called Bank of Utah for our first home purchase, I worked with Kathy Fausset and she was amazing! She answered all of my questions, got back to me as soon as she could and helped make things go so much smoother! Also all of the other wonderful ladies there that helped me I appreciate you all!
