  I think this bank is fantastic. The people are lovely and so so kind. The customer service is always top tier and they even know me by name. Love this bank and recommend it to everyone.

  The online banking system is absolutely horrendous. Not only do they grey out part of your username, the forgot password function also only works half the time. They ask for a second authentication to prove it is you, if I am able to confirm through TWO different verification methods, that I am who I am, I should be able to change the password. Regardless of ‘how many tries’ Second, I never thought I would say this, the fraud department is WAY too active. I have had my card frozen for an Amazon purchase, with Amazon as the seller, not a secondary private seller. Lastly, I travel a lot for work, I have called and issued a blanket statement MULTIPLE times asking them to stop freezing my card when it is run in an out of state location. I should not have to call every. Single. Time. I go out of town.
