      I made a huge mistake of using Islamic banking by contacting Bank of Whittier to purchase a commercial property. They definitely take advantage of their customers under the fold of Islamic banking and rip off their customers. Their CEO Yahiya is a dishonest individual who lies and makes your life difficult. He is extremely unprofessional and unethical. After providing all the required paperwork and doing unnecessary inspections like Asbestos for a 6 year old commercial property in TX which is not even required, the CEO decided not to release the funds for my pre approved loan after I had already signed the closing doc and paid the required 25% down.I lost over $12k in various fees and all the Earnest money. The CEO response I am sorry brother! I would strongly recommend not to use them for any personal or business need! If there was a way to give them negative rating I would as they don’t even deserve one star ⭐️. There are lots of other Islamic options available. Please don’t use them as you will regret it!

      Not good bank as compared to other financial services in the other banks and they don't have any services just Real Estate and their process and requirements horrible
