  I’m not really from the area and I manage a small business in the dells. I was going to the other location which was constantly a frustration for me because the customer service at that location is not good. All of the tellers seemed annoyed when I had more than 2 deposits. I realized that there was this location as well so I started going here. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I call ahead when I have multiple deposits and they always tell me to just come through the drive though, which was an issue with the other location. I can’t always make it to the bank as much as I’d like with conflicting hours. So I always feel bad when I have multiple deposits at once. Customer service here is great. If they are annoyed by my multiple deposits, it never comes across which I sincerely appreciate. At the other location I dreaded going to the bank but now all is good! Thanks!

  I love this bank! They are so friendly and helpful. I didn't realize how great a bank could be until I switched about a year ago. I have a small business that's been around for over 30 years, so having a good relationship with my bank is very important. They have a genuine interest in working with me and insuring my needs are met. Highly recommended!!!
