      Friendly Staff. I had a fraud issue. They handled my issue stress free, I was reimbursed quickly after the investigation. Within 3 weeks. Never had a bad experience with normal transactions either.

      I’m telling anyone I know not to go to Bank OZK! They charge an overdraft as soon as the money comes out negative even when you immediately put money in your account to cover it. If you need a good bank, try CREDIT KARMA!!! They don’t charge any fees! And they have WAY more insight into your account and finances. I recommend them so much more. The manager at this Bank OZK when I was concerned about the overdraft fee, she was rude to me and I was rude back (I know) and she told me all I can do is come into the bank branch and close my account! I never said I wanted to…. But HA! That I WILL do now. Thank you for saying something with some sense. 😁

      I posted a review several month's ago. OZK would not cash a check for $3900 despite the fact I have 3 accounts there. The owner replied without actually addressing the problem. So Mr.Owner the next time I come in with a $3900 check will you cash it or not?
