      This location is consistently good, even when they have different tellers. I was having issues with a mistake made by a teller at a different branch, and Kyra at Capitol fixed the issue and was very friendly.

      I go in this location every week to cash my paycheck. I always end up with 1 of 2 tellers. One is super sweet and helpful, knows my face. The other one couldn't remember my face if it was painted on her ceiling and any time I have to deal with her it's a hassle. Just do yourself a favor and go to any other location.

      They are awesome my card number was stolen and they were on it immediately. Come to find out my other account at a different bank had also been taken a week before and no one had contacted me from the other bank and I've been banking there longer for about 15 years. So basically I'm saying Bank of the Ozarks has some awesome workers.
