  Karen and Elaine are amazing! I used to work for a company that uses them (and they still do, I just don’t work there anymore). I opened a couple of accounts there, and although I don’t do my main checking account with them, I really should. The customer service is just top notch, much better than what you get from big banks like BOA. It’s been like a year since I’ve been by the branch but I know my money is in good hands and ladies call to check up on things here and there. Definitely recommend this bank, especially with a banking industry that’s throwing customer service out the door.

The Client Service Specialist, Elaine Lee, was thorough and present to all of my needs. Opening up an account at this facility feels like a celebration and team effort to all involved.
