  Avoid this branch at all costs. Depositing checks is a literal nightmare. I have used by bank ozk since it was Summit and have considered switching banks over this branch. The only times I’ve ever had a problem with banking is when I use this branch. On multiple occasions they have told us that we cannot deposit a check unless both parties are present even though both have signed and both are on the account it’s being deposited. The latest incident which is our final straw involved the supposed manager needing to confirm a Social Security number to someone who wasn’t on the check nor on the account, which will never make since to me. I took the check to another branch and was met with wonderful hospitality and zero headache. For reference an apology has already been stated which is appropriated but my position stands.

  Bad start to a day ,i usually use maumelle branch but i was off so i went to oak street early i was waiting on branch to open when i was approached and told to leave because of security, i thought i was the consumer,
