      Extremely rude customer service, Will not help with over draft fees that is caused by bank error and I was told by the manager that "we need over draft fees to make money i can return it but will not return it' What a joke you have a friend here I was treated disrespectfully and I don't appreciate it at all I'm closing all my accounts asap and all bank Ozark customers should be cautious new customers buyer beware
