I have a small jar roughly the size of a soda can full of change that I wanted to empty and turn into cash. So, there I was in Farmersville. I took some loose change to the bank and asked them if I could convert it to cash. At first the teller looked at me like I was foreign for even asking that question. She then refused to do it, she said "well...... usually we only do this if it's been rolled." I said "mam, I have never heard a bank refuse to exchange change for cash regardless of it being rolled or not.... you're a bank?!" Terrible customer service. Will never use this bank for anything!
