  Always professional and polite👍😊! Great bank to do business with. All the tellers are wonderful at both locations. They treat everyone like they are the largest depositer of the bank. Very professional atmosphere! Recommend them highly😃👍!

  I don't bank with this bank but I am buy a car and that is who my in-laws went through for the loan. I have never missed a payment at all. With everything going on right now with the covid-19 pandemic, my family decided to go some immediately family's house that is secluded away from people. Like I said I have never missed a payment at all. We have the money mind you. We call them up to ask how we can make a payment. The lady named Janelle, which is the lady that granted us the original loan to begin with, said she is going to charge us extra and the only way she will take a payment is for us to mail it in. I am extremely disappointed that with the fact that the whole world is fighting against something that is killing people and times are hard enough as it is. There is absolutely no way you can take a payment over the phone. First bank ever to not like money.
