DO NOT COME HERE! If i could give NO stars I would! Whoever is the hiring manager needs a REALITY check because he is selfish and plain out rude! Very much self centered and doesn’t give you a chance during the interview to speak! He is also racist! 👎👎👎

My mom died in November 2020 with an active life insurance policy for 5 years. She never missed a payment. Bankers life refuses to pay out or give us information regarding it. Actually they lie and make up a new story for the reason behind the delay every time I call. Its been 90 days and still no payment. That doesn't stop creditors or the bank from starting the foreclosure process. These people are evil and have no regard for customer service or follow through on the policies they sell. STAY AWAY FROM BANKERS LIFE INSURANCE!!!!
