      I recently had a terrible experience at this bank, I was pre-approved for a $300,000 mortgage by Gary Leveillee, and he did not run my credit he just went by my income and I had asked him do you need to run my credit he said no just find a property. I found a property and signed a purchase and sales agreement put down a deposit did an inspection and had a closing date. Then, 2 days ago he told me Rhode Island housing denied my loan because of my debt to income ratio which would have been nice to know before he even approved me for the loan. I now have nowhere to go as my closing date was July 29th and I told my landlord that I was moving out and now the loan fell through. I would not recommend this bank to anyone for a loan I currently have an account at this bank but I am going to take my business elsewhere.
