Bank Newport is my neighborhood bank, which I love the convenience of, however lately there have been constant errors in my accounts. These are not small errors but large ones. Deposits in family accounts, miscommunications that are bank errors and pointed toward the customer. What happened to small neighborhood banking doing a great job? The employees all do their best every time to make things right and they do, but it's time consuming for me to run to the bank to make these corrections. The latest a pay bill address error which the bank office (main number) said I did not give sufficient time to change the address, 3 weeks is MORE than sufficient bill pay address change time. Unhappy if you don't need them to be convenient try another Bank Goodness knows there's enough of them.
