      I have been with this bank for over 45 yrs. The customer service and putting customers first is no longer part of this back dynamics. During the pandemic they gave no thoughts to their customers. You would call no one answeredit went to vm that is totallyunacceptable. I moved my daughters account to Key and their customer services is amazing debating of moving mine as the majority of my friends have. Miss the Bank of Akron
