Let me tell you, banking is one of the industries you have A TON of choices. In Tupelo, MS you only have 1 great one, BANK PLUS. Tiffany, Amy, Hannah, and Dustin at the Main St branch are amazing!!! I have been a customer for a few months and they go above and beyond every time to make me feel like family. We had a VERY small issue on a deposit (THAT HONESTLY WAS MY FAULT). The next time I came in Tiffany and the team had gotten me a dozen golf balls to say "sorry and thank you for my business". Totally unnecessary but what bank knows a customer so well that they do something like this... Bank Plus is your answer. You are a customer and a person to them, not a bank account number. Not to mention the loan department and Ricky Orr who worked with me tirelessly for the better part of a year on a commercial business loan and helped changed my life for ever. I am and will forever be a Bank Plus customer and YOU SHOULD BE TOO!
