Not considered a valuable customer. Your told one thing to get you as a customer but afterwards you find out no one takes interest. Regional President of bank called from Dothan, NO HELP advised get everything in writing...dah. Small town friendly bank not suppose to be deceptive. Asked him ..do you get everything in writing?? Didnt answer. Beware of any transactions you have with this bank !!!
