Top rate bank...great and friendly staff. Can be tough to get a loan, but they are great if you have leverage. Had a relative get a loan with zero credit.....a 70k condo....putting 40K down....nobody would loan them the money.....but Provident did. They got shot down by at least 6 banks/lenders....but Provident was smart enough to look at the big picture. Anyhow....we have a loan with great rate. And 3 different accounts.....if you have great credit, they are awesome.....and have awesome rates. They are hit and miss though.....you have to ask what they loan for..... Great community bank....although, they just went public......stock is coming soon!
