  I was recently the victim of fraudulent transactions. Numerous banks, among which BankProv, we're involved. All of the banks, with the exception of aforementioned, acted expidiously to investigate and make the determination of fraud. My accounts were restored, and I received a new card within two days. Almost two weeks later, my BankProv account is still frozen, and I've yet to receive a new card.The management at this institution exists in a time warp!

  Very ignorant people, they charge you $5.00 service fee to write two checks a month, we have been with Provident bank for over 30years and never been charged, they can get their $5.00 from someone else, we are getting out of this rip off bank asap.
