Katy Kirby with Bank South Mortgage went above and beyond for my wife and I. Answered all of our questions quickly even after hours and on weekends!! There was some trouble with the time frame of selling our house and buying the new one but Katy handled everything efficiently and effectively. She went to bat for us to increase the time frame of our rate lock multiple times, could not recommend another lender more, she even showed up to our closing just to give added support!! 10/10
