Was interested in opening a bank account but I feel like I was profiled. While cashing a check there a nice woman asked me was I interested in opening a bank account with them, the “manager” then rudely said before I could answer "no, we're not opening any account today" so distasteful and low classed of a so call “manager” I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone if this is the customer service you’ll be receiving. BOYCOTT & INVEST YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!

I called this location to see if they sold American Express travelers checks, since my bank doesn't. The fee was only 1% and there was no extra charge for me - as a non-account holder - to purchase them. I had previously called another chain to request travelers checks and they only offered the service to account holders. Also, the teller knew exactly how to have me fill out the paperwork and gave me tips for redeeming the checks. She knew what she was doing and in this modern age of casualness and inefficiency, I so appreciated the knowledge and professionalism displayed. If I ever need a new bank, BankTennessee will be a top contender.
