      Do not go to that bank they didn't wanna cash a check that was coming from their bank they wanted me to deposit it and the teller was rude couldn't even hear what she was saying all they wanted to do with deposit not cash it

      They say they charge you one thing for ur loans APR, but if you do the math the rate is WAY off, it's almost double.. I do loan calculations all the time as a real estate agent and when I stopped to calculate what I was actually paying it was insane. There was times they would take. Loan payment and no even deduct it from my balance. It would say payment made but my balance would remain the same.. Jus overall lack of competence.

      Quite honestly the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Staff is not trained - they have employees missing and don’t fill in the spots. They had to call 6 different numbers to figure out how to do what we needed. Definitely do not come during the holidays. I believe they let everyone except do tellers take time off and they are not trained in any other position. Truly horrid. Go elsewhere! After receiving 2 voicemails that everything was set with my account, I show up and literally no one can figure out how to take care of my account and absolutely NOTHING was done. This is the most INCOMPETENT bank I have ever been with. We are filing a formal complaint this week. Please, for your own sake, go elsewhere!!!!!
