      ATM is out of order a week before Christmas, not good service. One year later and Banner bank has not addressed the issue. ATM is not working again. So frustrating dealing with this frequent issue. Update 2022, I was hoping with the new ATM that was installed, that things would get better but the new ATM was not working this weekend as well.
